November 2008 - Helpful Formulas (submitted by Sandy):
Dry Heels:
7 drops of sandalwood, 5 drops of geranium, 4 drops of frankincese, 5 drops of lavender officinalis. Blend above in 60 ml of unscented lotion or massage base. Apply right after bathing and showering.
Dry Hands:
5 drops roman chamomile, 2 drops patchouli, 1 drop of geranium. Alternate with - 3 drops of sandalwood, 2 drops of geranium and 2 drops of lavender off. Blend above formulations with 30 ml of unscented lotion.

Depending on the consistency of the oils the drops per ml will vary. The essential oils are both thin and light weight or thick and heavy weight i.e. Patchouli weighs more in less space than Tea-tree.
ERROR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION - ALWAYS DILUTE ESSENTIAL OILS WITH A CARRIER BASE
1 drop of an essential oil will not go far, by using a vegetable oil the essential oil will cover a larger area as well as reducing the risk of any sensitivities.
