Here is some information to keep in mind when ordering through Quintessence Aromatics Inc We accept MasterCard, Visa, certified check or money order.

• Canadians pay 5 percent GST + Saskatchewan residents pay 5 percent PST
• Discounts apply after the subtotal and before the GST/PST, shipping and handling is applied.
• Discounts apply only to single essential oils and aroma care blends.
• 5 percent GST is applicable to S & H.

Print out our catalog so you will have the price to fill in the e-mail order form that is applied.

* Shipping and Handling charges for orders, are as follows:

- 0 - 50 dollars for Sask/Alberta - 9.00

- 51 - 200 dollars for Sask/Alberta - 11.00

- 201 plus dollars for Sask/Alberta - 13.00

- 0 - 50 dollars for all other provinces - 12.00

- 51 - 200 dollars for all other provinces - 15.00

- 201 plus dollars for all other provinces - 17.00

- Overweight parcels and out of country orders will be based on post office quotes and/or customer needs regarding shipping time frames - therefore this total may vary.

- Your orders will be processed on our office computer therefore seasonal sales, discounts, provincial taxes and shipping and handling variances will be calculated on your final invoice. Return Policy
We do not accept returns on products that are not damaged in shipping. Once the product has left our warehouse we guarantee purity of product. Should the product show damage during shipment, it will be handled in the following manner.

• Keep all package material and contents
• Notify UPS or Post office within 24 hours of receipt of product
• Notify us via e-mail: qai@sasktel.net
• We will send you proper procedure to follow for the return of the product.
• We only accept returns on damaged product due to shipping - which has not been opened.
• For safety and health reasons opened product will not be accepted as defective.
